Straight Leg Hip Bridge

Lying on your back with your legs extended straight instead of bent, you drive your hips up toward the ceiling using glute and hamstring power alone. Removing the knee bend takes away the usual leg-drive assistance, making the glutes work harder to finish the lockout.
