Common questions
Do I need to apply?
No. Every signed-up 1RM user is automatically an affiliate. Open Settings → Affiliate to find your link.
When do I get paid?
Once your eligible balance (out of the 30-day fraud-hold window) hits $50, we pay you within 48 hours of the daily payout run.
Why a 30-day hold?
Apple and Google allow refunds within their standard windows. We hold commissions for 30 days so you don't get paid then clawed back. Industry standard.
How do I get paid?
PayPal or Stripe. Set your method + email in your affiliate panel. Required before your first payout — you'll get an email when you have anything ready.
What about self-referrals or fake accounts?
Blocked at the database level. You can't use your own code or link, and we monitor for suspicious patterns. Refunds within 30 days claw back the commission automatically.
Can I track which platform converts best?
Yes. Append ?utm_source=instagram (or tiktok, youtube, etc.) to your link — your dashboard breaks down clicks and signups by source.
Is the 12-month window per-referrer or total?
Per-referrer. Each person you refer gives you 12 months of attribution from the moment they sign up. Renewals during that window keep paying you.
