Resistance Band Overhead Squat

Stand on the center of a resistance band with feet about shoulder-width apart. Grip the band with both hands and press your arms straight overhead until fully extended while keeping tension in the band. Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a neutral spine. Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if sitting into a chair, while keeping your arms locked overhead and the band taut. Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor, then drive through your heels to return to standing while maintaining overhead arm position and control throughout the movement.
