Resistance Band Elevated Glute Bridge

Lie on your back with your upper back supported on an elevated surface such as a bench or step. Place a resistance band just above your knees and bend your legs so your feet are flat and about hip-width apart. Brace your core and press through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees. At the top, actively push your knees slightly outward against the band to increase glute activation while squeezing your glutes. Pause briefly, then slowly lower your hips back down with control without letting your lower back overarch. Repeat for the desired reps while maintaining constant tension in the band.
