Kettlebell One Legged Deadlift

Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a kettlebell in one hand. Shift your weight onto the working leg and slightly bend the knee. Hinge at the hips by pushing them backward while lowering the kettlebell toward the floor, keeping your back flat and core braced. Extend the opposite leg straight behind you for balance as your torso lowers in a controlled line. Go down until you feel a stretch in the hamstring, then drive through the heel of the standing leg to return to the starting position. Keep the movement slow, controlled, and avoid twisting or rounding your back.
