Lying Leg Hip Raise On Floor

Lying flat on the floor and raising both legs together using a pelvic tilt rather than a hip swing keeps the lower abs, not the hip flexors, doing most of the lifting. The firm floor surface gives a stable reference point for keeping the lower back pressed down through the set.
