Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, with toes angled slightly outward. Clean or press a kettlebell overhead with one arm and lock it out so the weight is stacked over your shoulder. Keep your eyes on the kettlebell throughout the movement. Shift your hips toward the side of the free hand while pushing them back, like a hip hinge. Slide your free hand down your leg as you lower your torso sideways in a controlled motion. Go as low as your mobility allows while keeping the kettlebell stable overhead. Reverse the movement by driving through your hips and returning to standing under control. Repeat on both sides.
