Barbell Front Rack Rear Lunge

Stand tall holding a barbell in the front rack position across your shoulders. Step one foot back into a rear lunge, lowering your body until your front thigh is roughly parallel to the floor and your back knee nears the ground. Push through the front heel to return to the starting position, then repeat on the opposite side. Keep your torso upright and core engaged throughout to build lower‑body strength, stability, and balance.
