Barbell Bench Front Squat

A hybrid lower-body strength movement combining elements of a front squat and bench positioning. With the barbell racked across your front shoulders and chest upright, descend into a squat by bending at the hips and knees, then drive through your heels to stand back up. Keeping your torso tall and elbows high helps engage the quads and core while the bench setup encourages stability and proper alignment throughout the lift.
