Band Low Chest Press

Anchor a resistance band slightly above chest height (or at shoulder level). Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding the handles with arms extended forward and slightly downward. Adopt a staggered stance and brace your core. Bend your elbows to bring your hands back toward your chest while keeping shoulders stable. Press the band forward and slightly downward, extending your arms fully. Squeeze your chest at the end of the movement, then return slowly to the starting position. Repeat for controlled reps.
