Band High Fly

A chest-focused resistance band movement where you pull the band from a high anchor down and in across your body, mimicking a wide arc fly motion. Stand with the band anchored above you, hold the handles with a slight bend in your elbows, and sweep your arms downward and together while squeezing your chest. Control the return to maintain constant tension on the pecs. This exercise isolates the chest muscles, enhances upper-body definition, and improves shoulder stability with smooth, joint-friendly resistance.
