Alternating Step Out

Alternating Step Out — Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and core engaged. Step one foot out to the side into a slight squat or side lunge while keeping the opposite leg straight and your chest upright. Push off the stepping foot to return to the starting position, then repeat on the other side in an alternating pattern. Maintain controlled movement and proper knee alignment — this exercise enhances lower body strength, mobility, and coordination.
