Air Squat

Air Squat — Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly pointed outward. Engage your core and keep your chest upright as you push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat, as if sitting into a chair. Descend until your thighs are parallel or lower, keeping your heels flat on the ground and knees aligned with your toes. Push through your heels to return to standing — this foundational movement improves strength, mobility, and overall lower body function.
