Weighted Counterbalanced Skater Squat

1. Stand tall holding a weight (e.g., dumbbell or kettlebell) in front of your chest for counterbalance. 2. Shift your weight onto one leg and extend the other leg slightly behind you. 3. Push your hips back and bend your standing knee to lower into a single-leg squat, keeping the counterbalance weight close to your chest. 4. Go as low as your mobility allows while maintaining balance and proper form. 5. Press through your heel to stand back up to the starting position. 6. Repeat for reps, then switch legs.
