Stability Ball Front Plank

Start by kneeling in front of a stability ball and place your forearms on top of it with your elbows under your shoulders. Extend your legs straight back so your body forms a straight line from head to heels, balancing on your toes. Engage your core and glutes to stabilize your body, and hold this plank position for the desired duration while maintaining proper alignment.
