Stability Ball Crunch (full Range Hands Behind Head)

Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the floor. Walk your feet forward until the ball supports your lower back. Keep your knees bent at about 90 degrees and your body stable. Place your hands lightly behind your head with elbows out wide. Lower your upper body back over the ball to stretch your abs, then contract your core to lift your shoulders and upper back upward into a crunch. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly return to the stretched position. Repeat with controlled movement, maintaining balance throughout.
