Weighted Stability Ball Crunch (full Range)

Sit on a stability ball holding a weight (plate, dumbbell, or medicine ball). Walk your feet forward and roll your body down until the ball supports your mid to lower back, with knees bent around 90°. Hold the weight on your chest or extended overhead. Lower your torso back over the ball to fully stretch your abs, then contract your core to crunch upward, lifting your shoulders and upper back. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly return to the stretched position. Repeat with controlled movement, maintaining balance throughout.
