Smith Incline Bench Press

Set an incline bench (about 30–45°) inside a Smith machine and lie back with your feet firmly on the floor. Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width with an overhand grip and unrack it. Lower the bar in a controlled motion toward your upper chest while keeping your elbows at about a 45° angle. Lightly touch the bar to your chest, then press it upward along the fixed path until your arms are nearly fully extended. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control and tension throughout the movement. Keep your shoulder blades retracted and chest lifted to maximize upper chest activation and stability.
