Side Push Neck Stretch

A neck mobility and stretching exercise performed in a seated or standing position. The movement involves gently tilting the head to one side, bringing the ear toward the shoulder while keeping the opposite shoulder relaxed and down. A light assisting pressure may be applied with the hand to deepen the stretch. The exercise is performed in a slow, controlled manner to reduce tension in the side of the neck and improve cervical flexibility.
