Resistance Band Seated Hip Abduction (version 2)

Sit upright on a chair or bench with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent about 90 degrees. Place a resistance band around your thighs just above the knees. Keep your core engaged and torso tall without leaning back. Press your knees outward against the band in a controlled motion, focusing on using your outer glutes rather than momentum. Hold briefly at the widest position while squeezing the glutes, then slowly return your knees to the starting position without letting the band lose tension completely. Repeat for the desired reps with steady control throughout.
