Resistance Band Reverse Hyperextension

Anchor a resistance band securely to a low point and loop it around your ankles. Lie face down on a bench or elevated surface with your hips at the edge and legs hanging freely. Keep your core braced and spine neutral. Engage your glutes and hamstrings to lift your legs upward against the band’s resistance until they reach roughly in line with your torso. Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your glutes, then slowly lower your legs back down in a controlled motion without swinging or arching your lower back. Repeat for the desired reps while maintaining constant tension throughout the movement.
