Resistance Band Hip Thrusts

Sit on the floor with your upper back resting against a bench or elevated surface. Place a resistance band around your hips and secure it under your feet or anchor it behind you so it creates tension across your hips. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat, about hip-width apart. Brace your core, then drive through your heels to lift your hips upward until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees. At the top, squeeze your glutes and gently push your knees outward against the band for added activation. Pause briefly, then lower your hips back down in a controlled motion without fully relaxing tension. Repeat for the desired reps while maintaining steady control throughout.
