Resistance Band 45 Degrees Hyperextension

Position yourself on a 45-degree hyperextension bench with your feet secured and a resistance band anchored for added tension. Hold the band across your chest or behind your head depending on setup. Keep your spine neutral and core braced. Lower your torso by hinging at the hips until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings, avoiding rounding your back. Drive through your glutes and lower back to raise your torso back up until your body is in a straight line. Pause briefly at the top, then repeat for the desired reps with controlled movement throughout.
