Neck Protraction Stretch

This exercise involves standing or sitting while gently pushing the head forward away from the shoulders to create a controlled stretch in the back of the neck. The movement is performed slowly, often paired with a slight chin movement, to increase space between the cervical vertebrae and release tension in the posterior neck muscles without forcing the range of motion.
