Kettlebell Ipsilateral Reverse Lunge

Stand upright holding a kettlebell on the same side as the working leg (ipsilateral position), either at your side or in a rack position. Keep your chest up and core engaged. Step backward with the same-side leg while bending both knees until your back knee is close to the floor. Keep your front knee aligned over your ankle and torso upright. Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position. Repeat in a controlled manner and switch sides.
