Kettlebell Goblet Squat Mobility

Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell close to your chest in a goblet position. Keep your chest upright and core engaged. Lower into a deep squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips down and slightly back, allowing your elbows to gently press against your inner knees. Pause at the bottom and actively shift your weight slightly side to side or forward and backward to improve hip and ankle mobility. Keep your heels grounded and spine neutral throughout. Drive through your heels to return to standing and repeat for the desired reps with controlled movement.
