Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out. Clean one or two kettlebells into the front rack position, resting them against your forearms and upper chest. Keep your elbows close to your body and your chest tall. Brace your core and initiate the movement by bending your knees and pushing your hips back slightly. Lower yourself until your thighs reach at least parallel to the floor, maintaining an upright torso throughout. Drive through your heels to return to standing, fully extending hips and knees before repeating.
