Kettlebell Calf Raise And Front Squat

Stand with feet about hip-width apart holding a kettlebell in a goblet (front rack) position at chest level. Keep your chest upright, core braced, and elbows close to your body. Lower into a controlled squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back until your thighs reach at least parallel to the floor. Drive through your heels to return to standing. At the top of the movement, shift weight onto the balls of your feet and lift your heels into a calf raise. Pause briefly at the top, then lower your heels back down and repeat the full sequence.
