Kettlebell Box Squat

Stand facing a box or bench with feet about shoulder-width apart while holding a kettlebell at chest level with both hands. Keep your chest up, core braced, and hips pushed slightly back as you begin the descent. Lower yourself by bending your knees and hinging at the hips until your glutes gently touch the box, ensuring you stay controlled and do not collapse onto it. Pause briefly while maintaining tension, then drive through your heels to stand back up to the starting position. Repeat for the desired reps while keeping posture stable and movement controlled throughout.
