Dumbbell Reverse Hyperextension On Bench

Lie face down on a flat bench with your hips positioned right at the edge so your legs can hang freely. Hold a dumbbell securely between your feet or ankles. Keep your upper body stable by gripping the bench. Engage your core and squeeze your glutes to lift your legs upward and slightly behind you in a controlled motion. Raise until your legs are in line with your torso, pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower them back down without letting momentum take over. Repeat for controlled reps.
