A variation of the classic dumbbell curl performed with a palms-down (pronated) grip to shift emphasis toward the brachialis and forearm muscles. Stand tall holding dumbbells at your sides with palms facing backward, then curl the weights upward by bending at the elbows while keeping your upper arms stationary. Lower the dumbbells slowly under control to maintain tension throughout. This movement strengthens the arms and improves grip and forearm definition.
