Cable Bent Over Row With Rope Attachment

A horizontal pulling exercise performed on a cable machine using a rope attachment while hinging at the hips with a flat back. Grasp the rope with both hands and pull it toward your torso by driving your elbows backward, focusing on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. Control the rope as you return to full extension. The rope allows for a natural wrist and hand position, increasing muscle activation and improving mid-back strength, posture, and pulling endurance.
