1. Position a barbell across the front of your shoulders at chest height, using a clean grip or crossed-arm grip. 2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, core braced, and chest up. 3. Lower your body by bending at the hips and knees until your thighs are about parallel to the floor. 4. Push through your heels to stand back up, extending hips and knees. 5. Maintain an upright torso and controlled movement throughout.
