Set an incline bench at about 30–45° and lie face down with your chest supported. Grip a barbell with an underhand (palms-up) grip at shoulder width or slightly wider. With your arms extended, brace your core and keep your chest on the bench. Pull the barbell up toward your lower chest or upper abdomen by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Slowly lower the barbell back down under control until your arms are extended.
