Barbell Rear Lunge

Stand tall with a loaded barbell resting across your upper back. Step one foot backward into a rear lunge, lowering your body until your front thigh is about parallel to the floor and your back knee nears the ground. Push through the front heel to return to the starting position. Repeat on the opposite side, keeping your torso upright and core engaged throughout the movement to build lower‑body strength, balance, and stability.
