1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding a barbell with a wide overhand grip. 2. Hinge at the hips with a slight knee bend, keeping your back flat and torso nearly parallel to the floor. 3. Let the bar hang at arm’s length with elbows slightly bent. 4. Pull the barbell up toward your upper chest while flaring your elbows out to the sides. 5. Squeeze your rear delts and upper back at the top of the movement. 6. Slowly lower the bar back to the start under control.
