Barbell Bench Squat (with Chains)

A variation of the barbell bench squat that incorporates chains to add variable resistance throughout the lift. As you descend, the chains rest on the floor, and as you rise, more chain weight is lifted, increasing load at the top of the movement. Maintain a stable stance, keep your chest up, and drive through your heels with controlled depth. This exercise enhances leg strength, power output, and stability while improving strength through the entire range of motion.
