Band Single Leg Split Squat

A unilateral lower-body exercise performed in a split stance while using a resistance band to add tension throughout the movement. Lower your body by bending both knees, keeping your front foot firmly planted and your torso upright. Drive through the front heel to return to standing while maintaining control and balance. This movement enhances leg strength, coordination, and stability by forcing each side to work independently under resistance.
