Band Jump Lunge With Single Arm Row

Band Jump Lunge With Single Arm Row — Stand upright holding a resistance band anchored under your feet or to a fixed point. Jump into a lunge position, landing with one foot forward and the other back while bending both knees. As you land, perform a single-arm row by pulling the band toward your torso, keeping your elbow close to your body. Explosively jump to switch legs and repeat the movement on the opposite side while alternating the rowing motion. Maintain a strong core and controlled landings — this dynamic exercise combines lower-body power with upper-body pulling strength.
