Band Incline Bench Press

Set an incline bench to about 30–45 degrees and position a resistance band so it runs behind your upper back or is anchored under the bench. Lie back with your feet firmly on the floor and hold the ends of the band at chest level with elbows bent. Press the band upward and slightly forward until your arms are nearly fully extended, squeezing your upper chest at the top. Slowly lower your hands back toward your chest with control while maintaining tension in the band throughout the movement. Keep your shoulder blades retracted and core engaged to maintain stability and proper form.
