45 Degrees Back Extension

Performed on a 45‑degree back extension bench, lie face down with feet secured and hinge at the hips to lower your torso. Then engage your lower back, glutes, and hamstrings to lift your upper body back to neutral, keeping the movement slow and controlled to strengthen the posterior chain and improve spinal stability.
