Power Sled High Pull

Attach a rope or handles to a power sled and stand facing it with feet shoulder-width apart in a slight hip hinge. Grip the handles and start with arms extended while keeping your chest up and core braced. Drive through your legs and hips to initiate the pull, then explosively pull the sled toward your body by driving your elbows high and back. Keep the movement powerful but controlled, engaging your upper back and shoulders as the sled moves. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat for the desired reps or distance.
