Lever Pistol Squat

Stand on one leg with the other leg extended forward and lower yourself into a deep single-leg squat by bending the knee and hips of the standing leg while keeping the extended leg off the ground. Keep your torso upright and core engaged throughout the movement. Push through the heel of the working leg to return to standing. A lever pistol squat variation typically uses a lever machine to assist or provide guided resistance for smoother movement and balance support.
