Lever Belt Squat

A lower-body strength exercise performed on a lever belt squat machine where a padded belt supports your hips as you squat down and drive back up. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, keep your chest lifted, and descend by bending at the hips and knees. Press through your heels to return to standing while maintaining a strong core. This variation reduces stress on the lower back and allows heavier loading on the legs with improved stability and form.
