Lie on your back on the floor with knees bent and feet flat. Hold a kettlebell in one hand in a bottoms-up position (handle down, bell facing upward) at chest level with your elbow resting on the floor. Keep your wrist stacked, grip tight, and core engaged to prevent rotation. Press the kettlebell straight upward until your arm is fully extended while maintaining control of the unstable load. Slowly lower it back down until your upper arm and elbow return to the floor. Repeat for the desired reps, then switch sides while maintaining stability and avoiding lower back arching.
