Kettlebell Bottom Up One Arm Bench Press

Lie on a flat bench holding a kettlebell in one hand in a bottoms-up position (handle down, bell facing upward). Keep your wrist stacked and core tight with feet planted on the floor. Lower the kettlebell slowly toward your chest by bending your elbow while keeping control of the unstable load. Pause briefly near chest level, then press the kettlebell upward until your arm is fully extended without losing balance of the bell. Maintain steady control throughout the movement to prevent tipping or wobbling.
