Kettlebell Backward Lunge

Stand tall holding a kettlebell at your chest (goblet or rack position) or at your sides. Brace your core and take a controlled step backward with one leg. Lower your body until both knees are bent roughly at 90 degrees, with the back knee moving close to the floor. Keep your torso upright and your front knee tracking over your toes. Push through the front heel to return to standing, then repeat on the opposite side.
