Dumbbell Incline Two Arm Extension

Set an incline bench to about 30–45 degrees. Sit back holding a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing each other. Press both dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended. Keep your elbows tucked in and pointing upward. Slowly bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells behind your head in a controlled arc. Pause briefly at the bottom, feeling a stretch in the triceps. Extend your arms back to the starting position by contracting your triceps. Repeat for controlled reps without letting your elbows drift outward.
