A core-stability exercise done beside a cable machine in a half-kneeling position. With the cable handle held at chest height, press it straight out in front of you while resisting rotation of your torso. Keep your hips square and your core braced as the cable pulls you toward the anchor. Return the handle back to your chest with control. This movement trains anti-rotation strength, improves core stability, and enhances posture and balance.
