90 Degree Heel Touch

90° Heel Touch — Lie on your back with knees bent at a 90-degree angle and feet flat on the floor. Keep your arms extended by your sides and lift your shoulders slightly off the ground while engaging your core. Reach your right hand toward your right heel by bending sideways at the waist, then return to center and repeat on the left side in a controlled alternating motion. Keep your lower back pressed into the floor and avoid using momentum — this exercise targets the obliques and builds core strength and stability.
